NY HAMBURG — Hamburg Zoning Board approves six variances in routine July session. The board unanimously granted six area-variance applications, including approvals for two detached residential garages, a pool-house and accessory structure, a day-care playground reduction from 4,500 to 3,000 square feet, and two commercial signage projects in a session chaired by Ric Dimpfl with Vice-Chairman Nicole Falkiewicz and Commissioners Jeff Adrian, Catherine Mika, Laura Hahn, and Jack Kuebler. A battery-storage-system variance request was tabled to August.
