NY HAMBURG — Hamburg Planning Board approved a two-lot subdivision and advanced an industrial warehouse project. Chair Cynthia Gronachan and the Board granted preliminary plat approval to Carl DiNezza for his two-lot subdivision at 58 North Shore Drive. In a 6-1 split vote, the Board issued a negative environmental declaration for Brandon Santa's six-building warehouse project at 0 Lakeshore Road, totaling 75,220 square feet, with Member Clark dissenting.
