Zoning board approves three variance applications

NY HAMBURG — The Hamburg Board of Zoning Appeals approved three variance applications and tabled two others Tuesday. Chairman Ric Dimpfl led the board in unanimously approving area variances for Texas Roadhouse signage at 5400 Southwestern Boulevard, temporary signage at 5140 Briercliff Drive, and Teresa Russo's home rebuild at 4477 Windsor Terrace. The board tabled applications from Kimtron Inc. for signage at 2901 Cloverbank Road pending financial documentation and from 24 Kt Solid Gold Inc. for a veterinary office at 3747 Lakeshore Road, the latter deferred because the applicant's attorney was unable to attend.
