Hamburg board schedules travel center rezoning hearing

NY HAMBURG — Hamburg Town Board approves slate of items including travel center hearing and youth funding. The Town Board unanimously approved all 20 agenda items on February 9, including scheduling a March 9 public hearing on a proposed travel center rezoning at Southwestern Boulevard and Big Tree Road, approved $84,250 in youth sports and community organization funding across 17 groups, and authorized $100,000 for Senior & Community Center project work. The board also established Capital Projects Fund H123 for Enterprise Software implementation and approved a $3,700 annual GIS Web Hosting Service contract with Wendel Companies.
All board members—Councilmembers Daniel Kozub, Frank Bogulski, Lynn Dixon, and Nick Ortiz, and Supervisor Elizabeth Farrell Lorentz—voted unanimously on all items.
