NY HAMBURG — Hamburg Planning Board approves Saunders subdivision at Scranton Road, defers warehouse project. The board voted 5-1 to approve the two-lot subdivision at 5225 Scranton Road with no sidewalk installation requirement. The Ten Lives Club's use variance for rescue service expansion at 3747 Lakeshore Road and Brandon Santa's proposal for eight shop warehouse buildings at 0 Lakeshore Road were both tabled to March 4; Chair Cynthia Gronachan cited concerns about project scale, wetlands impacts, and environmental review adequacy.
