Hamburg Planning Board approves three projects, tables three more pending resolutions

NY HAMBURG — Hamburg Planning Board approves three projects; mixed-use waterfront complex tabled for further review. The board unanimously approved preliminary plat for Operating Engineers Training Fund's two-lot subdivision at 2342 Pleasant Avenue with no sidewalk installation required and final plat waived. Site plan approval was granted to Golf Carts Unlimited for a 4,700-square-foot building on Lakeview Road with conditions including prohibition of outdoor storage and landscaping approval.
The board also approved change of use and site plan for Ten Lives Club's feline rescue expansion on Lakeshore Road with 100 parking spaces. Three projects, including the 3556 Lakeshore Development mixed-use site featuring 863 parking spaces and a proposed hotel and restaurant space, were tabled to July 1 pending authorization to draft approval resolutions.
