Hamburg zoning board approves five variance requests

NY HAMBURG — Hamburg zoning board unanimously approves five property variances in August meeting. Chairman Ric Dimpfl led the board to unanimous approval of five variance applications, including four for residential additions and garages and one for commercial signage at 4832 Camp Rd. James Roberts received two variances for a detached garage at 3773 Hampton Brook Dr, while Kathleen Albee, Joseph Dorobiala, and West Arnold 1211 LLC each won single variances for residential improvements.
The board tabled Donald Spittler's battery energy storage system variance pending Planning Board SEQR review.
