NY HAMBURG — Planning Board approves environmental review for Ten Lives Club rescue facility. The Hamburg Planning Board unanimously approved a negative environmental declaration for Ten Lives Club Inc.'s feline rescue facility expansion at 3747 Lakeshore Road, clearing the way for the Zoning Board of Appeals to consider a use variance. The board also tabled the sketch plan for Seven (7) Brew Coffee's proposed drive-thru building at 3701 McKinley Parkway indefinitely.
In more contentious action, the board tabled Brandon Santa's controversial six-building warehouse proposal on 7.46 acres at 0 Lakeshore Road until April 1, after more than two hours of public testimony opposing the project over tree removal, environmental impacts, and noise pollution concerns.
