Planning Board Approves Three Applications, Tables Six for Further Review

NY HAMBURG — Hamburg Planning Board approves retail plaza with conditions; other applications tabled pending review. The board unanimously approved conditional site plan approval for an as-built retail plaza at 5110 Camp Road, requiring maintenance of undeveloped areas and signage resolution. It also unanimously approved preliminary plat applications for Boston State Holdings, LLC at 3385 Cedar Valley Way and Tom Gorczyca at 3189 Pleasant Avenue.

Six other applications were tabled: Carl DiNezza's and Richard Saunders' subdivisions, Seven Brew Coffee's drive-through site plan, Matt Jaworski's outdoor storage variance, Ted Czosnyka's cannabis dispensary variance on property owned by Kathy Fabiats, and Brandon Santa's warehouse project.
