NY HAMBURG — Hamburg Planning Board defers three development applications to May 6. The board scheduled a public hearing on Carl DiNezza's proposal for a 2-lot subdivision at 58 North Shore Drive and tabled two other applications, including Brandon Santa's site plan for a six-building warehouse complex at 0 Lakeshore Road and Ten Lives Club's use variance request for rescue services expansion at 3747 Lakeshore Road. The board discussed proposed revisions to the warehouse project, including increased building setbacks and reduced square footage to accommodate a required sanitary sewer easement.
The Zoning Board will reconsider Ten Lives Club's variance on May 5.
