Planning Board tables Santa warehouse project pending design revisions
Planning Board · Meeting of April 1, 2026
NY HAMBURG — Planning Board tables warehouse project over water and landscaping concerns. The board deferred Brandon Santa's proposed six-building warehouse development on a 7.46-acre parcel at 0 Lakeshore Road to April 15, 2026, after Chair Cynthia Gronachan cited insufficient building setbacks, inadequate landscaping, and unresolved site access routes. Applicants, represented by Attorney Sean Hopkins and Anthony Pandolfe of Carmina Wood Design, were asked to provide written permission from the neighboring property owner and reduce the project footprint.
In separate business, the board scheduled a public hearing for May 6, 2026, on the Erie County Agricultural Society's proposed 32,850-square-foot Slade Park facility within the existing fairgrounds.
